About the role#
EquipmentShare is looking for an IT Support Intern to join our team at the home office in Columbia, Missouri. This role is for the Fall 2026 term. You will work on-site and support our networking and low voltage teams as they manage infrastructure projects.
What you'll do#
- Assist with network installations, including troubleshooting racks, switches, bridges, and access points.
- Support the Low Voltage Team by troubleshooting site scans during the installation process.
- Help the networking team with equipment inventory and configuration tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a college program, with a preference for Business Administration majors.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active orders and priorities.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- A professional, patient, and polite attitude when providing support to users.
- Ability to take direction from the Low Voltage Field Technician Team.
- Willingness to learn in a busy work environment.
