About the role#
The Business Development Intern supports various functions across the organization. You will gain practical experience in operations, project coordination, data analysis, and process improvement. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business to help you develop professional, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
What you'll do#
- Assist with day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
- Support projects across departments as assigned.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions and reporting.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documentation.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- Conduct research on industry trends, business practices, and operational needs.
- Assist with meeting coordination, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Maintain accurate records and support data management efforts.
- Collaborate with team members across multiple functions to achieve business objectives.
What you'll need#
- Working towards a BS or equivalent degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong, demonstrated organization capabilities.
- Strong, demonstrated critical thinking capabilities.
- Strong, demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Extremely high curiosity and the ability to effectively evaluate multiple, competing viewpoints simultaneously.
