QA Technology Analyst Intern - Helipass

About the role#

The QA Technology Analyst Intern supports the software quality assurance process for the Helipass platform. This role provides hands-on experience in manual testing, documentation, and defect validation while learning industry best practices under the guidance of senior engineering staff.

What you'll do#

• Execute manual test cases and participate in UAT and regression testing activities.
• Validate new features, bug fixes, and integrations.
• Identify, document, and retest software defects with clear reproduction steps.
• Maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases.
• Validate data accuracy through UI checks or simple queries.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts during testing cycles.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Coursework or exposure to software testing concepts is a plus.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Introductory knowledge of SQL, APIs, or web applications is a plus.
