About the role#
The QA Technology Analyst Intern supports the software quality assurance process for the Helipass platform. This role provides hands-on experience in manual testing, documentation, and defect validation while learning industry best practices under the guidance of senior engineering staff.
What you'll do#
- Execute manual test cases and participate in UAT and regression testing activities.
- Validate new features, bug fixes, and integrations.
- Identify, document, and retest software defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Maintain test documentation, including checklists and test cases.
- Validate data accuracy through UI checks or simple queries.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts during testing cycles.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Information Systems.
- Basic understanding of software development concepts.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Coursework or exposure to software testing concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus.
- Introductory knowledge of SQL, APIs, or web applications is a plus.
