HSEQ Intern

About the role#

The HSEQ Intern will support the organization by managing data entry and reporting processes. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance and risk management standards are met. You will work cross-functionally to develop solutions that enhance data collection and reporting efficiency.

What you'll do#

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
• Create reports for internal teams and external clients.
• Assist in the development of Microsoft PowerBI dashboards.
• Improve the usability and search functionality of the internal intranet page.
• Perform data entry of historical information into new HSEQ software.
• Evaluate HSEQ reports to increase efficiency in data collection and reporting.
• Create workflows to support internal document control processes.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, HSEQ, Data Science, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage effectively through ambiguous, unstructured problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail.
