FIELD MANAGER CO-OP/INTERNSHIP

About the role#

This is a full-time, paid Co-Op/Internship position available for the Summer, Fall, and Winter of 2026. You will work on-site alongside experienced Field Managers to gain hands-on experience in the home construction process. The role involves a mix of practical field observation, technical training, and professional communication.

What you'll do#

• Support Field Managers in overseeing the construction of new homes from start to finish.
• Coordinate with trade partners, vendors, and customers regarding project progress, questions, and concerns.
• Complete PACE eLearning courses and participate in Sapphire training to learn scheduling, purchase order management, and warranty service administration.
• Observe home orientations and complete various job scopes to build your construction knowledge.
• Regularly travel to and work on active construction sites.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a demanding environment and solve problems using data and established procedures.
• Physical ability to work on construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs or ladders, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions and wearing required protective gear, such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed shoes.
