About the role#
Erie Insurance Group is seeking an Investments Intern for the Summer 2027 program. This full-time, paid position offers professional experience within our Investment Division. You will work directly with portfolio managers and investment analysts to gain exposure to various asset classes and our internal investment philosophy.
What you'll do#
- Conduct investment analysis using technology platforms.
- Work one-on-one with portfolio managers to implement investment decisions.
- Collaborate with internal and external professionals to study specific industries and sectors.
- Assist in the development of high-level investment strategies.
- Gather information, conduct research, and prepare presentations.
- Analyze data, report findings, and update electronic files.
- Provide administrative support and complete special projects as assigned.
- Receive personalized mentoring from experienced investment professionals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a four-year or master's degree full-time.
- Completion of at least your sophomore year in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site at our corporate office in Erie, Pennsylvania.
- The internship runs from May 2027 through August 2027.
- We are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role.
