About the role#
The Privacy Compliance Intern joins the Future Focus Internship Program at Erie Insurance. You will work within the Office of the Secretary and General Counsel, specifically in the Privacy and Third Party Risk department. This role offers hands-on business experience through research, data analysis, and administrative support.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of low-level incidents.
- Perform functional duties and special projects for the division.
- Conduct research and gather information.
- Analyze data and report findings.
- Create presentations and update electronic files.
- Verify and enter data into company systems.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in a four-year degree program with completion of your sophomore year in a relevant field.
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with information security practices.
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
