About the role#
The Global Finance Internship Program is a 12-week experience designed to provide hands-on exposure to areas such as Accounting, Business Finance, Tax, Investments, Internal Audit, Vendor Management, and Actuarial. Interns contribute to business initiatives, gain insight into enterprise financial operations, and develop professional capabilities through structured learning and mentorship. You will be placed into a functional team based on your interests, coursework, and business needs. The program concludes with a capstone presentation delivered to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Support financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and reconciliation activities.
- Participate in month-end financial close tasks and audit preparation.
- Analyze structured data and develop insights to support business decisions.
- Assist in building dashboards, financial models, and KPI reports.
- Conduct research, synthesize findings, and communicate recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and strategic initiatives.
- Present project outcomes and learnings during a final capstone.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- At least one semester remaining following the summer internship.
- Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2029.
- Basic Excel skills with a willingness to develop advanced Excel and Power BI capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with curiosity and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to organize and interpret structured data.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach.
- Interest in accounting, finance, risk, investments, or analytics.
