About the role#
F&G is hiring an intern for the Finance FP&A team for Summer 2027. This role reports to the Director of FP&A GAAP Projections and Analysis. You will work with team members across the department and interact with management at various levels of the organization.
What you'll do#
- Assist with the preparation and tie outs of monthly forecast packages.
- Help prepare for the Multi-Year Plan process.
- Support the testing and implementation of a new forecasting tool, system, and process.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly forecast activities and the quarterly close.
- Handle ad hoc requests, special projects, and other financial planning and analysis tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current major in Accounting or Finance.
- GPA of 3.0 or greater on a 4.0 scale within your major.
- Intermediate or advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated initiative, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.
- An interest in a career within the financial services industry is preferred.
- Ability to create complete and accurate documentation of your work.

- Work Modality: This position offers flexibility, including remote, on-site, or hybrid arrangements. You will determine the specific arrangement with your manager during the hiring process.
