About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in financial services, specifically within the Concentra Bank Credit Union Securitization team. You will support day-to-day operational activities, document management, and key compliance initiatives while contributing to the bank’s Truth and Reconciliation commitments.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Securitization team with administrative and operational tasks supporting credit union client activities.
- Support the preparation, tracking, and organization of monthly reporting deliverables.
- Organize and maintain legal contracts and fee pricing letters for credit union partners.
- Validate that monthly reporting and administrative fees align with executed contracts to support audit readiness.
- Coordinate outreach to credit union partners to facilitate agreement documentation.
- Act as a contributor within the bank’s Indigenous Employee Resource Group.
- Support the development and promotion of initiatives aligned with the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration program.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment.
- Interest in Indigenous engagement, reconciliation, and community initiatives.
- Integrity and respect for confidential information.
