About the role#
The Treasury team is looking for an organized individual to contribute to business objectives. You will work directly with our client and supplier base, as well as various internal departments. This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Perform annual reviews of customer credit limits.
- Assess and review financial risks by analyzing financial statements, credit portals, and customer payment profiles.
- Maintain SAP customer master data and perform reviews of customer groups and payment terms.
- Contribute to a digital transformation project focused on the full invoicing-to-collection cycle.
- Maintain and verify the supplier database.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers on accounts payable tasks.
- Participate in month-end closing activities and semi-annual internal control (SOX) testing.
- Support team members with various financial analyses and disbursement activities.
- Work with other business units to address invoices older than 90 days.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or International Relations at a Canadian university.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- This position is based in Longueuil, Quebec.
- Work is performed on-site from Monday to Friday.
- Internship dates are January 5, 2027, to April 23, 2027.
