About the role#
The Commercial Engines Production Chief Organization (PCO) manages the relationship between Pratt & Whitney’s operations and our commercial engine customers. This summer internship offers exposure to program milestones, industrial planning, and risk management. You will work within one of our four branches: 17/24K, 30K, Mature Commercial Engines, or Customer Strategy and Product Cost.
What you'll do#
- Support cross-functional alignment between engineering, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Identify and mitigate industrial risks for commercial engine programs.
- Gather and analyze data to guide operational decisions.
- Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Maintain and develop databases and dashboards using SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program for Business, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Location: East Hartford, Connecticut.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
