About the role#
This internship focuses on supporting projects related to the improvement of business systems and processes within the indirect procurement team. You will work on a variety of tasks covering procurement activities in a large organization. The complexity of your assignments will align with your interests, field of study, and experience. We provide weekly follow-up meetings to ensure a quality learning experience.
What you'll do#
- Participate in or coordinate process review and improvement sessions.
- Test, adjust, or create work instructions, forms, and process maps.
- Support data compliance validation activities.
- Assist with pre and post-implementation stages for systems such as Ariba, SAP Hana, and VMS.
- Support process maturity assessments and risk analysis.
- Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Canadian university for the duration of the internship.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or Computer Science.
- Excellent communication skills in French (written and spoken).
- Functional knowledge of English to understand technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Location: Longueuil, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: On-site, 5 days per week.
- Employment: Full-time and paid internship.
