About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will work with the IT business analyst team to optimize the tools and processes that support the engineering department. You will gain experience in project and change management while working alongside professionals in the aerospace sector.
What you'll do#
- Support the IT business analyst team in optimizing engineering tools and processes.
- Learn and test Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, including Teamcenter and other Siemens software.
- Analyze and manipulate data to find opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and facilitate meetings.
- Participate in the implementation of IT solutions, including creating and running test scenarios.
- Develop skills in communication, note-taking, and action tracking.
- Contribute to improving change management processes across operational systems.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, the Office suite, and SharePoint.
- A basic understanding of network concepts, client-server architecture, system integrations, and connectivity.
- Interest in configuring, validating, and documenting enterprise IT solutions.
- Ability to support technical troubleshooting by reviewing logs, access permissions, and configuration settings.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter is an asset.
- A proactive approach to identifying and validating information.

- Location: Dorval, Quebec, Canada.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).
- Note: This position is for current students only. Interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for work or training purposes.
