About the role#
Join our team to identify opportunities and drive actions that increase margins through pricing optimization in the aftermarket. You will report to the Manager of Pricing and Lifecycle Strategy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-impact projects. This role offers a learning culture, autonomy, and direct visibility with leadership.
What you'll do#
- Work within the commercial governance process to gather market viewpoints and validate pricing recommendations.
- Collect and validate data to support the commercial strategy dashboard.
- Create and implement pricing strategies across the product lifecycle, including new engine models, mid-life, and end-of-life stages.
- Analyze and model the market to provide recommendations for annual price increases.
- Assess the impact of spare-parts price increases on maintenance products, considering profitability, competitive positioning, and technical perspectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate customer feedback and prepare support materials for client-facing teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university throughout the internship.
- Pursuing studies in an MBA, administration, finance, economics, or engineering.
- Experience in manipulating large data sets.
- Knowledge of maintenance products or technical engine knowledge.
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Functional knowledge of English is required to read technical documentation and communicate with international colleagues or clients.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position requiring presence at our facility from Monday to Friday.
- Requirements: The successful candidate must pass a background check and obtain all necessary authorizations related to the handling of controlled goods.
