About the role#
Based in the Central Quality Organization, this role supports the coordination and execution of work transfers across our international manufacturing network. You will track activities between sites in Canada, Poland, and China, ensuring that performance data remains accurate and that all transfer milestones are met. You will work alongside quality engineers, operations teams, and business unit focal points to optimize processes and maintain smooth information flow.
What you'll do#
- Support the coordination and tracking of work transfers between manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with milestones and quality requirements.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data related to work transfers, including performance indicators and quality acceptance criteria.
- Prepare status reports and dashboards for managers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the use and improvement of the WEBCON work transfer management tool.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to ensure consistent information flow.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Canadian university for the full duration of the internship.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French, as this role involves international collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- An interest in aerospace manufacturing and global value chain management.
- Familiarity with project management, workflow tools, or industrial quality requirements is an asset.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January 5 to April 23, 2027).
- Modality: This is an on-site position requiring presence at our facility from Monday to Friday.
- Status: Full-time paid internship.
