About the role#
Howmet Aerospace is hiring a Sales intern to assist with administrative and document management tasks. This is a paid, full-time, on-site position based in Laval, Quebec. The role follows a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Manage and organize paper and digital files.
- Scan documents to incorporate them into electronic records.
- Organize and clean storage areas and the archives room.
- Classify, label, and prepare document boxes for transfer to off-site storage.
- Perform data entry and help maintain or clean the BBX database.
- Support the team with other administrative tasks related to document management.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in a university program, specifically in Business Administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential documents with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic file management.
- Capability to work both independently and within a team.
