About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in Dorval, Quebec, for the Winter 2027 term. You will join a team of eight analysts and work alongside colleagues based internationally. The role is hybrid and requires students currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree in marketing, communications, economics, finance, business administration, or related fields. Please note that this opportunity is for students only, not recent graduates.
What you'll do#
- Support the analyst team with daily requests, projects, and training materials.
- Grow the sales pipeline by analyzing aircraft replacement opportunities and growth drivers.
- Manage email marketing campaigns including setup, scheduling, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and reporting.
- Create and maintain reports in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud to share actionable insights with the team.
- Conduct lead generation research on ultra-high net worth individuals, corporations, and aircraft fleets.
- Manage stakeholder requests and build strong working relationships.
- Develop sales enablement materials, optimize content libraries, and coordinate training for the sales team.
- Consolidate key performance indicators for monthly business reviews.
- Improve internal processes by strategizing and implementing new solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or master's degree program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
- High attention to detail and a rigorous approach to tasks.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Initiative and curiosity regarding new technologies and tools.
- Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Power Apps, Power BI, HTML, or email marketing tools.
- Preferred: Prior experience in data analysis and segmentation, or knowledge of additional languages.
