About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Del Rio, Texas. You will work with the engineering and manufacturing teams to improve quality and delivery performance. The program includes plant tours, networking, community volunteering, and sessions with senior leaders.
What you'll do#
- Assist engineering and manufacturing teams with performance improvements.
- Support process control and improvement initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Completion of at least sophomore level coursework.
- A current US Passport, as you will commute daily to our Mexican plant.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Previous internship, work, or research experience is a plus.
