About the role#
This internship focuses on the implementation and execution of the RTX CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) operating system. You will work within our aerospace environment to help teams develop a culture of continuous improvement and gain autonomy in their processes. You will receive mentorship from a Continuous Improvement Business Partner while gaining hands-on experience with methods such as value stream mapping, 5S, problem solving, visual management, process mapping, and benchmarking.
What you'll do#
- Shadow the Continuous Improvement Business Partner.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate continuous improvement activities.
- Support governance initiatives as required.
- Present information to various audiences.
- Maintain a primary focus on internal customers within MRO operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Canadian university.
- Full proficiency in both French and English, including speaking and writing.
- Strong facilitation skills to guide teams through improvement activities and discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to work in Canada.
Location & details#
- Location: Longueuil, Quebec, Canada.
- Term: January 5 to April 23, 2027.
- Modality: This position is exclusively on-site, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to the St-Hubert MRO facility.
- Majors: Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or Communications.
