About the role#
This internship provides exposure to the HR Business Partner role within an aviation manufacturing environment. Over a 12-month period, you will gain experience across compensation, talent acquisition, leadership development, and performance management. You will learn to adapt HR practices to organizational needs and use digital HR tools. This position is open to current students only.
What you'll do#
- Manage the employee life cycle from hiring through termination.
- Help managers apply HR policies and make informed decisions.
- Support initiatives focused on employee retention and engagement.
- Prepare analysis and presentations regarding recruitment, compensation, and HR performance indicators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- A rigorous, organized, and motivated approach to your work.
