About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you will serve as an ambassador for the bank. You will focus on client-centered interactions, helping customers with their everyday banking needs while collaborating with internal partners to support client goals. This role requires a focus on problem-solving and the ability to enhance the client experience through both direct service and digital education.
What you'll do#
- Proactively engage with clients in the branch and the community to identify banking needs.
- Assist clients with a full range of financial transactions.
- Educate clients on digital banking tools and demonstrate how to use them effectively.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners to identify business opportunities and referrals.
What you'll need#

- Digital literacy across devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
