About the role#
As a Manager, Credit Structures intern, you will serve as a credit professional providing credit solutions and advice to Private Banking clients. You will manage credit relationships and collaborate across the organization to connect clients with appropriate solutions and resources.
What you'll do#
- Provide high-end relationship management and credit advice to high net worth clients.
- Deliver a best-in-class credit experience through deep-discovery client conversations and analysis of credit options.
- Develop innovative and creative credit solutions for clients.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive, accurate credit proposals supported by financial statement analysis and due diligence.
- Lead discussions with clients regarding mortgage renewals.
- Proactively manage credit renewals by ensuring files are submitted within established deadlines.
What you'll need#
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit granting to personal or business clients.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required.
- Superior client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of RBC Private Banking financing products, credit procedures, and standards is an asset.
- Experience working with high net worth clients or in Commercial and Capital Markets is considered an asset.
