About the role#
Join the Program Delivery team within the Chief Administrative Office as a Project Coordinator Co-op. You will support project managers as teams transition into modern workplace environments and adapt to new ways of working. This role offers hands-on experience in project delivery and transformation management within a large organization.
What you'll do#
- Support project managers with day-to-day coordination of work packages, project activities, and timelines.
- Gather information and prepare updates, trackers, and status materials for stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules to track milestones and dependencies.
- Build and organize a library of project materials, templates, and documentation to support team consistency.
- Participate in initiatives related to workplace change, technology transformation, and digitization.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program, with plans to return to full-time studies.
- Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- A strong sense of curiosity and a desire to learn.
- Ability to communicate detailed information clearly and effectively.
- Motivation to contribute to collective success and work well within a team.
