About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join the Global Investment Banking team to assist with financing and advisory solutions for public and private corporations. You will be aligned with one of several desks, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Technology & Innovation, or Energy, Infrastructure & Transition.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical, research, and presentation support to the team.
- Assist with transactions and advisory projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and equity or debt financings.
- Collaborate with different groups across the firm to execute coverage and financing assignments.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Expected graduation date no sooner than August 2027.
- Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets through coursework, clubs, or work experience.
- Strong analytical, computational, and communication skills.
