About the role#
This is a Winter 2027 co-op placement within the Personal Banking division. You will work on teams such as Regulatory Integration, Operational Risk, or Business Risk Management. The term runs from January 11, 2027, to either April 30 or August 20, 2027. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with business partners to define, develop, and document detailed business requirements.
- Design and manage new analytics and reporting solutions.
- Create regular and ad-hoc dashboards while building knowledge of departmental tools and processes.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations using strategic problem-solving.
- Integrate information from various sources to improve process efficiency and reporting.
- Communicate results and conclusions regarding regulatory activities to stakeholders.
- Document internal processes or update existing procedure manuals.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary program for Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Risk Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, event planning, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
