About the role#
As a Client Advisor Intern, you act as an RBC ambassador within the branch. You will prioritize client needs while championing the brand and supporting business growth. This role is a stepping stone for those interested in future careers as an Account Manager or Banking Advisor.
What you'll do#
- Engage with clients in the branch to provide service and complete transactions.
- Identify opportunities to offer advice, digital solutions, and partner introductions.
- Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
- Cultivate relationships with partners to work as a team.
- Manage risks by following compliance routines and processes to protect client and shareholder interests.
What you'll need#
- You are a goal-oriented individual with a passion for helping clients.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Digital literacy across various devices such as smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
- Confidence in learning financial concepts and a willingness to obtain required certifications.
- Flexibility to work varied hours.
- Students or graduates in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Marketing are encouraged to apply.
