About the role#
This is a long-term, year-round cooperative education position based in Midland, Michigan. You will provide administrative support to the Consumers Solution Capital Engineering organization. This role requires a commitment of at least one full calendar year while you continue your undergraduate studies.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and organize project files, records, and documentation.
- Support the management of the construction package SharePoint site.
- Distribute project documentation to contractors and stakeholders.
- Track project information and maintain accurate records.
- Complete routine administrative tasks and special projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment at an accredited college or university located within 50 miles of the Midland Dow site.
- Pursuit of an undergraduate degree in fields such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial).
- Completion of at least 6 credit hours per term during the Fall and Winter terms.
- Ability to begin work within 3 weeks of an offer.
- Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and a productive work ethic.
- Preferred: A GPA of 3.000 or higher, accountability, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
Location & details#
- Location: Midland, Michigan (On-site).
- Schedule: Part-time, year-round, during regular business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday).
- Duration: At least one full calendar year.
- This is a paid position.
