About the role#
The Global Advisory team is looking for an intern to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. You will work with the Global Advisory Program and Innovations Manager to gain experience in project management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role provides exposure to multiple business units and stakeholders across the organization.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations including reporting, communications, and CRM maintenance.
- Assist in managing project tasks to ensure they remain on track and documented.
- Analyze data to create clear presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Help plan and execute meetings, events, and workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Advisory team and the broader company.
- Document and refine processes, tools, and guidelines to improve efficiency.
- Gain experience with SaaS sales processes and knowledge management systems.
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a university degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and a curiosity to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Experience or interest in Salesforce, Power BI, data analytics, or process automation is an asset.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Canada and the U.S.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, paid, full-time position requiring 37.5 to 40 hours per week.
- The internship is available for Winter 2027 or Summer 2027.
- The duration of the role is 4 or 8 months.
