About the role#
The Global Advisory team at Dayforce is looking for a motivated intern to support strategic initiatives and daily operations. You will work with the Global Advisory Program and Innovations Manager to gain experience in project management, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. This role offers the chance to contribute to projects while building skills in a professional software development environment.
What you'll do#
- Support daily operations including reporting, communications, and CRM maintenance.
- Assist in managing project tasks to ensure they stay on track.
- Analyze data and turn insights into clear presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Prepare materials and reports for various meetings and workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the Dayforce ecosystem.
- Document and refine internal processes, tools, and guidelines.
- Gain experience with SaaS sales processes and knowledge management systems.
- Contribute to team knowledge-sharing practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university degree program for business, project management, or a related field.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and a curiosity to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid Excel skills and comfort working with data.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, project planning tools, Salesforce, or Power BI is considered an asset.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 or Summer 2027 (4 or 8 months).
- Location: Remote.
- Employment: Full-time (37.5 to 40 hours per week).
- Compensation: CAD 21.54 - 25.64 per hour.
