About the role#
The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the sales operations team by handling operational, administrative, and analytical tasks. This role focuses on improving efficiency and helping the team reach revenue goals. You will gain hands-on experience in data management, lead processes, CRM maintenance, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is essential for keeping account data clean and accurate, which allows the sales team to focus on the right opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Maintain and update Marketing Automation (Eloqua) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with lead tracking and update sales records and documents.
- Focus on contact data management to ensure a high-quality prospecting list.
- Leverage reports to monitor data hygiene and the movement of marketing leads.
- Assist with inquiries from marketing, field sales, and the global partner organization.
- Support the Sales Operations team with day-to-day operational requests.
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- Support the implementation of new tools or workflows.
- Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
- Provide insights to support sales and marketing campaigns.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute ideas, and support ad-hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least 1 year of studies in Business, Sales, Market Research, or an equivalent field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and a positive attitude.
Location & details#
- Location: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- Modality: This is an on-site position. You must work from the Ottawa office five days a week.
- Term: Winter 2027 start. This is a full-time position with a duration of 4, 8, or 12 months.
- Compensation: $19.46 - $28.55 per hour.
