About the role#
We are looking for a curious intern to join our Global Revenue Operations team for a nine-week summer program. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Madison, Wisconsin. You will work with a dedicated mentor to gain experience in business operations, process optimization, and the software-as-a-service industry. We expect a commitment of 40 hours per week, with 2-3 days spent working on-site at our Madison office.
What you'll do#
- Support the implementation of departmental process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Assist in integrating legacy customers into core systems following merger and acquisition activities.
- Execute User Acceptance Testing within our commerce-to-cash systems.
- Document system workflows and process improvements for quoting, billing, and provisioning.
- Perform ad hoc analysis, respond to insight requests, and conduct data extractions.
- Develop and maintain help center articles and enablement materials.
- Assist in data migrations and the setup of key billing accounts.
- Learn to use systems including Stripe, Zuora, SalesForce, CPQ, and Zendesk Support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with G-Suite and Zoom.
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Zuora, or other CRM tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional work ethic.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
