About the role#
The HP SalesEDGE Rotational Internship is a 24-month, year-round program starting in November 2026. This role offers two 12-month rotations across HP's Commercial Organization sales teams. You will gain hands-on experience with the full sales cycle, including prospecting, account planning, and customer engagement. The program includes mentorship, coaching, and professional development to prepare you for a future career in sales.
What you'll do#
- Share sales activities with experienced sales representatives.
- Assist with pipeline and forecast responsibilities.
- Support opportunity development and lead management.
- Help develop account strategies and sales motions.
- Collaborate with field sales teams to ensure effective account coverage.
- Seek out resources from presales and product specialists to support complex deals.
- Assist with product selection, demonstrations, and responding to requests for proposals.
- Update sales catalogs.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a four-year college, entering or in your 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, communications, liberal arts, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Capacity to learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions and AI insights to drive decisions.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics.
- A self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies.
- Ability to identify opportunities to expand business within accounts.

- Pay: $21.85 to $30.04 per hour
