About the role#
HP is looking for a Strategy Intern to join the Print Strategy organization. You will work with a team of experienced strategy consultants to support HP Consumer Print. This role focuses on strategic diligence, including market entry, macroeconomic trends, and innovation opportunities. You will translate your research into clear recommendations for business leaders.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market, competitive, and strategic research.
- Evaluate market-entry opportunities and growth areas.
- Analyze macroeconomic trends and consumer behavior.
- Assess emerging technologies and future innovation opportunities.
- Build structured financial or market models in Excel.
- Develop executive-ready presentations and strategy deliverables.
- Synthesize complex findings into clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with strategy leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Present conclusions and supporting evidence to business leaders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing an MBA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Full-time enrollment at an accredited university.
- No more than 24 months of prior professional work experience related to this role.
- Ability to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027 without future sponsorship.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
- Experience with market research and data analysis.
- Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- Previous experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or market analysis is a plus.
- Familiarity with market sizing, competitive assessments, and business-case development.
- Knowledge of consumer technology or printing markets.
