About the role#
As a Technical Product Management Intern, you will work across Developer Relations, Partner Success, and Platform Solution Development. You will gain hands-on experience with the tools and technologies that enable partners and developers to build on the Dayforce platform. You will focus on specific projects while learning how product, technology, and partner teams collaborate within a global SaaS organization. This position reports to the Developer Relations and Partner Success team.
What you'll do#
- Improve developer and partner documentation, learning content, technical samples, and self-service resources.
- Support research, testing, and analysis for APIs, integrations, connectors, and platform extensibility.
- Identify friction in the user experience and turn feedback into practical recommendations.
- Explore how AI, automation, or new tooling can simplify internal or partner processes.
- Participate in product discovery, innovation, and proof-of-concept projects with Product Managers and technical experts.
- Take ownership of a project from discovery through to delivery.
- Create reusable outputs such as prototypes, technical resources, and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Interest in APIs, SaaS platforms, developer tools, and software products.
- Strong curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize information and turn complex topics into clear content.
- Exposure to APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, scripting, or low-code development is an asset.
- Experience creating technical documentation or learning content is a plus.
Location & details#
- Term: Winter 2027 (4 or 8 months).
- Modality: Remote.
- Employment: Full-time (37.5 to 40 hours weekly).
- Compensation: CAD 28.2 to 32.3 per hour.
