About the role#
Tyler Technologies is looking for Product Analyst Interns to join our Courts and Justice team in Plano, Texas. This internship is for Summer 2027. You will work alongside our development team to review requirements and improvements through the software development life cycle. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do#
- Learn and analyze customer business requirements.
- Assist the product team with documenting and designing solutions.
- Write and execute test plans.
- Research and resolve software issues of varying complexity.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Management, Marketing, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.00 or higher in your major.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
