About the role#
We are looking for Software Support Interns to join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work from our offices in Yarmouth and Falmouth, Maine. This is a full-time, paid internship where you will gain experience in the daily operations of a software company. You will work alongside senior team members and the IT Manager, participating in team meetings to ensure a practical, real-world experience.
What you'll do#
- Take inbound support requests from internal and external clients.
- Assist staff in closing customer IT support tickets.
- Resolve server and software configuration issues within a team environment.
- Assist with software installations.
- Research and set up sand-box environments for testing, training, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare or modify system and process documentation.
- Help develop tools and processes to improve time efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a team of professionals on technical and business issues.
- Current enrollment in a Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics program.
- Preference is given to students entering their junior year.
