About the role#
As a Solutions Delivery Intern within the Platform department, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the full product lifecycle. You will work alongside Solutions Delivery Managers and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, manage complex projects, and contribute to the delivery of features from conception to release. This is a 12-month, full-time, paid internship beginning in January 2027.
What you'll do#
- Support product initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Contribute to the creation and management of project timelines, schedules, and milestone updates.
- Coordinate internal team activities and support project meetings by maintaining detailed minutes and tracking action items.
- Analyze project issues and develop solutions while proactively anticipating potential problems.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Participate in post-mortem reviews and support project communication.
- Engage in establishing best practices, templates, policies, and tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- Strong interest in project management, program management, or product ownership in a technology organization.
- Excellent academic record and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve and make well-judged decisions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of or a strong desire to learn about the high-technology industry.

- Locations: Oakville, Ontario and Waterloo, Ontario.
- Term: Winter 2027 (12-month duration).
- Modality: Hybrid work model.
- Status: Full-time (37.5 hours per week).
