About the role#
Geotab is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator Intern to support content operations and campaign execution. You will work with the Content Marketing, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations teams to help deliver high-quality content. This is an 8-month, full-time, paid internship beginning in January 2027.
What you'll do#
- Own end-to-end production of the monthly fleet newsletter using the newsletter automation tool.
- Maintain the BGM Content Resource Library and ensure all assets are logged correctly.
- Support content campaign execution by managing Jira tickets and coordinating with design and digital teams.
- Contribute to content performance reporting and surface insights for optimization.
- Assist with content creation, including drafting content briefs, copy for ads, and eblasts.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related post-secondary program.
- 0 to 1 year of experience in marketing, digital, communications, or content creation.
- Technical competence using workflow tools like Jira or Wrike and software such as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Knowledge of current content and digital marketing trends for editorial proofing and conversion copywriting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple timelines.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Winter 2027 (8 months).
