About the role#
This is an 8-month full-time internship beginning in January 2027. You will work with the Customer Marketing Team to support programs across the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. This role is a paid position based on a 37.5-hour work week.
What you'll do#
- Support the execution of daily customer marketing programs.
- Contribute to the customer advocacy program by assisting with case study development and peer reviews.
- Research customers, industry trends, and behavioral signals to help inform targeted marketing efforts.
- Manage team operations, including tracking project timelines, budget monitoring, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate logistics for customer-facing events, such as webinars, roadshows, and roundtables.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Experience with marketing or CRM platforms is considered an asset.
