About the role#
This paid internship offers 10 weeks of hands-on experience in retail management. You will gain insight into daily operations while working directly with customers and store teams. The program includes developmental workshops and field travel days to help you understand the organization.
What you'll do#
- Manage a retail team and interact with customers on the floor.
- Develop business plans and complete an impactful project to improve store operations.
- Learn staffing best practices and methods for colleague development.
- Network with retail leaders and participate in organizational workshops.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an associate or bachelor degree program with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration and Marketing.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Availability to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
