About the role#
The Financial Service & Support Internship provides students with hands-on experience in client service operations. You will work alongside professionals to learn how operational excellence and structured execution deliver results for clients. This program focuses on building foundational professional skills within a regulated financial environment.
What you'll do#
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Research account information to assist with requests.
- Document actions taken on accounts with high accuracy.
- Support team efforts to resolve client issues.
- Follow established processes and escalation procedures to ensure compliance.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, specifically in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
