About the role#
The Financial Service & Support internship provides hands-on experience within the Investor Services division. You will work alongside professionals to support client service operations, learn about regulatory requirements, and develop foundational business skills. This role focuses on operational excellence and professional communication.
What you'll do#
- Respond to client inquiries.
- Research account information to assist with requests.
- Document actions accurately in company systems.
- Support issue resolution efforts.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- You have the ability to learn new systems, policies, and procedures and apply feedback effectively.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- You can follow structured processes, identify appropriate next steps, and escalate issues when needed.
- You work well in a team-oriented environment.
- You are authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

- This is an on-site role based in Indianapolis, Indiana.
- The internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
