About the role#
The Financial Service & Support internship provides hands-on experience within Investor Services. You will work alongside experienced professionals to learn how operational support and structured execution help deliver results for clients. This program focuses on building foundational skills in client service and professional communication within a regulated financial environment.
What you'll do#
- Respond to client inquiries and research account information.
- Document your actions accurately to maintain clear records.
- Support ongoing issue resolution efforts.
- Follow established processes and escalation procedures to ensure quality outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program, ideally in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Ability to learn and apply new systems, policies, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured processes, identify next steps, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.

- This is an on-site role located in Lone Tree, Colorado.
- The internship runs from June 7, 2027, through August 6, 2027.
