About the role#
The Financial Service & Support internship provides students with exposure to client service and operational support within the financial services industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals to learn how structured execution and collaboration deliver quality outcomes for clients. This role focuses on developing professional skills while contributing to the daily operations of the team.
What you'll do#
- Respond to client inquiries and research account information.
- Document your actions accurately and support issue resolution efforts.
- Follow established processes and escalation procedures.
- Participate in professional development programming, networking opportunities, and learning activities.
- Gain hands-on experience supporting client service operations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program at an accredited university, with a preference for majors in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Ability to communicate information clearly, professionally, and accurately in both written and verbal formats.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, organized work.
- Ability to manage assignments through completion, follow through on commitments, and meet established deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, policies, and business concepts quickly while applying feedback effectively.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
