About the role#
The transformation team focuses on data, process, and systems initiatives. We help finance teams spend more time on analysis and storytelling by reducing time spent on manual tasks. You will partner with finance teams across multiple functions to develop and implement solutions to complex issues. This is a full-time, six-month internship running from January 2027 to June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide long-term operating efficiencies across business segments.
- Research data, systems, and tools to streamline existing processes.
- Partner with internal and external clients to strengthen team operations.
- Analyze data to help finance teams focus on storytelling.
- Structure projects and manage ambiguous data.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree.
- Coursework in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Science, or Management Information Systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools like Tableau.
- Unrestricted work authorization.
- Ability to work full-time hours for the duration of the program.

- Modality: On-site with some hybrid flexibility.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June).
- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
- Requirements: You must provide your own housing and transportation.
