About the role#
As a Business Operations Intern, you will join teams responsible for transaction processing, operational controls, and risk management. You will work alongside experienced professionals to support the core functions that keep the firm running. This role focuses on delivering accuracy and efficiency through research, documentation, and reconciliations.
What you'll do#
- Support daily transaction processing and operational controls.
- Contribute to real business activities, including documentation, research, and reconciliations.
- Assist with operational reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal partners to support client-centric business goals.
- Manage assigned priorities and deadlines to deliver accurate results.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Expected graduation date after August 2027.
- Ability to work on-site in Richfield, Ohio, for the full duration of the program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to review information carefully and identify inconsistencies.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
