About the role#
As a Business Operations Intern, you will work with teams responsible for the core functions that keep our financial services operations running. You will gain experience in transaction processing, risk management, and operational controls. This role involves working alongside experienced professionals to support internal partners and clients through research, documentation, and reporting. You will participate in a structured program designed to build your foundational knowledge of operational excellence and financial services.
What you'll do#
- Perform transaction processing and reconciliation activities.
- Contribute to operational reporting and documentation.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research and reviews to support business activities.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a higher education degree with an expected graduation date after August 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review information carefully and identify inconsistencies.
- Ability to learn new systems, business processes, and operational procedures quickly.
- Majors in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management are preferred.

- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site in Austin or Westlake, Texas.
