Pharmacy Intern

About the role#

As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to deliver patient care and ensure a safe, effective retail pharmacy environment. This role focuses on managing patient care programs, maintaining regulatory standards, and contributing to a team culture centered on empathy and enthusiasm.

What you'll do#

• Deliver patient care and support pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision.
• Manage and promote patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
• Facilitate a positive team culture that promotes caring and enthusiasm.
• Complete all required training and maintain licensure within state guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management, workflow, and quality assurance tasks.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Possession of, or in the process of obtaining, a valid intern or technician license as required.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Physical ability to remain upright for extended periods, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform tasks requiring dexterity and visual acuity.
