About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to provide care to patients in a retail pharmacy setting. You will contribute to a team focused on improving access and quality of care for our patients. This is a part-time, on-site position based in Brockport, New York.
What you'll do#
- Ensure a safe and effective pharmacy work environment.
- Lead patient care programs to keep customers and patients healthy.
- Display empathy and compassion for patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Facilitate a team culture that promotes caring, energy, and enthusiasm.
- Assist with inventory and workflow management.
- Strive to provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Maintain regular attendance, including nights and weekends.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 20 lbs, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure, or be in the process of obtaining it.
- Between 0 and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to complete all required training within state guidelines and timeframes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

- Compensation: $20.00 - $23.75 per hour.
